After binge watching Cobra Kai (read my review here) on YouTube a few weeks ago, I started thinking about how much I still think about or quote my favorite movies from the 80s.

I sat down and starting writing out the list. As I researched each movie a little, I was noticing that the years the movies were released all differed. It was almost as if I only have enough strong memories in my head to remember one movie per year!
So, I changed it up a bit and picked one movie from each year in the 80s as my favorite.
As with my taste in music, I like movies that are light and fun. I, in no way, consider these movies some of the greatest of all-time – but I will stop and watch each and every one of these if I catch them on TV.
I love the humor!

I love the moments!

I love that some are so obscure that only my brother and I may remember them!

Here’s the most recent video on our YouTube Channel, produced by Jay, where I share my full Top-10 favorite movies from the 80s!
Get in on the debate – do you love these movies? Do you think I’m an idiot? What are YOUR favorite movies from our youth? Hit me up in the comments below, you know I’ll always reply back!
I’m sure I have many more lists of favorite 80s movies stuck in my brain – maybe I’ll do chapters of this post. Because how can I NOT have Goonies, Back to the Future, Back to School, Ferris Bueller, or Princess Bride on here? So, look for Part 2 sometime in the future.
